Dear Companies with Prominent Or SOLELY Online Existences,
Get your shit together! This includes: Tumblr, Twitter and Sony/Playstation to name a few. If you guys need to start charging for basic services I think users would be more than willing to fork over $2-3/month per service if it would help you guys buy some more servers/bandwidth/IT personnel.
In all honesty, Twitter hasn't had a huge fail whale incident in a while but Tumblr seems to have issues on a weekly basis and this whole PSN deal is ridiculous. To think that a company is not regularly patching and updating its servers and software is really disconcerting!
